$2000-2200/wk plus $.50/mile for patient related travel

Summary
As a Contract Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to patients in home hospice settings, focusing on comfort and quality of life. Reporting to the Hospice Care Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization to deliver high-quality nursing care. Your premium experience in critical care and familiarity with EHR systems will enhance your ability to manage complex patient needs. Additionally, your relevant skills in home and community care will support our mission to deliver personalized hospice services to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice care to patients, ensuring comfort and dignity in their final stages of life.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and support families.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
