ABOUT THE POSITION
You will report to the head of Agency Operations, work closely with other leadership members and interface with many different team members.
While your activities will likely vary significantly day-to-day, it will include:
- Sales Support: Write and edit proposals and other sales collateral; coordinate meetings; and manage data using our tools.
- Research: Conduct research and gather valuable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Writing: Craft compelling copy for marketing and sales materials.
- Special Projects: Take full ownership of key tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Examples might include leading internal committees; generating reports and analysis; or taking lead on a new initiative.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between teams and vendors, ensuring projects are managed efficiently from start to finish.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare meetings, create agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.

WHO YOU ARE
You will have 2 years of experience in an office setting. This work should have been concentrated in either workplace management / administration, or sales and marketing project coordination. Bonus points if you have agency experience or worked in other fast-paced industries.
Additionally, you have the following:
- A minimum of 1-year of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities with overlapping deadlines
- A detailed, independent-work orientation
- Comfort with ambiguity - being flexible & adaptable with a willingness to learn and ‘roll up your sleeves’ wherever needed
- Outstanding computer skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a marketing-related field or similar competency through equivalent work experience
The following experiences are a plus:
- Marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, MailChimp, etc.)
- Foreign language skills
