About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Risk Management Professional to join our team at Direct Recruit Agency LLC. As the Director of Risk Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients, employees, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the company.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk reduction and mitigation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of crisis management plans and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
