permanent positionPosition : Clinical DieticianWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Dietician to join our team at Direct Recruit Agency. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing individualized nutrition care and education.Responsibilities : - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' nutritional needs, including medical history, current dietary habits, and lifestyle factors- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on clients' specific needs and goals- Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to their nutrition plans as needed- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and how it relates to their overall health and wellness- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate new information into client care- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and interventions- Provide guidance and support to clients with special dietary needs, such as those with food allergies, diabetes, or other medical conditions- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of agency-wide nutrition policies and procedures- Act as a resource for colleagues and provide guidance and support to less experienced staff membersQualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Dietician, preferably in a healthcare setting- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and current nutrition guidelines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team- Proficiency in electronic medical records and nutrition software- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)- Must pass a background check and drug screeningWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
