- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand controls architectures, hardware, and software (PLC, robots, and related equipment).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Identify project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate work schedules and manage the team.
- Skills Required:
- Basic project management abilities.
- Familiarity with motion controls, automation, and robotics.
- Proficiency in programming PLC systems (Rockwell/Siemens preferred) or robots (Fanuc).
- Qualifications:
- BSEE or equivalent degree (Associate’s acceptable with relevant experience).
