Position Responsibilities :
Manage a team of 2 direct reports, including a team member who applied for this role. Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Oversee the implementation of our technology solutions, working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) or Account Managers (AMs) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Identify and execute upsell opportunities, including adding seats and expanding service offerings.
Utilize expertise in RCM to advise on customer workflows and optimize their operations.
