**Job Summary**
The Practice Support Specialist will play a key role in helping our client's practice achieve success through the implementation of strategies and utilization of products/solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of aesthetics and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Responsibilities**
Assist in managing accounts and providing support at events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Suggest new/additional products and services to existing customers, maintain product/service knowledge, and attend trainings as needed.
Travel to client sites and provide support to management in assigned sales accounts.
**Requirements**
A Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience working within an aesthetics practice are required.
You should also have experience doing patient consults and upselling, as well as experience in aesthetics and/or cash-based medicine.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Canva is necessary, along with the ability to travel within territory, some overnights.
