Regional Sales Manager - Surgical Sales - Biologics
My medical device client is an innovative company that develops and manufactures regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to manage a team.
Territory includes Tampa to Miami
Profile:
- Medical Device Sales selling Biologics and/or Regenerative Medicine
- Experience selling in the OR
- Must have experience/relationships within hospitals within territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5 years of Medical Sales experience as an RSM preferably within Wound Care, Orthopedics and/or Trauma
- Experience selling within an OR setting
- New business development experience with ability to close large deals
- Experience selling to hospitals and clinics
- Knowledge/Understanding of biotechnology industry and trends
- Knowledge/Understanding of Healthcare reimbursement preferred
- Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
- Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Offering:
- Base Salary $125,000 - $150,000 (based on experience/market)
- Year 1 @ plan $250,000 - $350,000
