What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Direct Services Corportation?
Racks and washes dishes, pots, pans and utensils within prescribed standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
Carries trays of dishes to the dish room and returns clean dishware to service areas.
Stores and rotates stock.
Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately to their supervisor
Monitors dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware
Cleans food preparation and production areas as required
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Require Required Skills/Abilities:
- · Ability to follow detailed instructions without constant supervision.
- · Excellent communication and organizational skills
- · Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- · High School Diploma or equivalent.
- · Valid driver's licens
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
