As a Co-Founder at Direct Shop, the incumbent will assume the responsibility of leading and managing the overall operations of the company. This pivotal role involves spearheading the development and execution of the company's strategic growth plan, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring the company's financial stability. Furthermore, the Co-Founder will be tasked with cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. Collaborating with fellow team members to foster innovation and attain organizational objectives is also a primary responsibility of the Co-Founder.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field

- One year of general experience in an office environment is required.
- Strong computer skills, in data entry and working with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand 8-10 hours per day and type while looking at a computer screen.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of paper, 20 pounds each.
