Sales Role and Expectations
As a team lead for our door-to-door sales representatives at Direct Solar, your primary responsibility is to generate leads and close sales by engaging directly with potential customers in their homes.

- Door-to-Door Sales: You are required to dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to knocking on doors and engaging with potential customers. Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solar products. Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly. Sales Reporting: Track and report your sales activities and progress as instructed.
Sales Hours:
- Minimum of 15 hours per week of door-to-door sales. Flexible scheduling, but consistent effort is required to meet sales goals.
