What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Person Patient Assessor position at Direct Staffing Group?
Allied health group is hiring phlebotomists, EMTs, medical assistants, dental assistants, hygienists, and pre-med students to conduct in home patient surveys. Assessments are avail able in all 5 boroughs.
SCOPE OF WORK:
You will be conducting a survey and gathering information on behalf of a medical provider. You will be expected to be onsite and in patients home to conduct a 30 minute survey. Screenings consist of or all three of the following: dental screening, hearing screening, and/or vision screening.
Techs will be given access to appointment manager software that will provide patient information to assist in scheduling patients. Techs will be responsible for coordinating patient visits. We will work with our assessors to facilitate proper time management, by assuring that we keep them within their selected zip codes.
Fee for service.
At Allied you are an independent contractor and will receive a 1099. We pay per patient. Compensation for the 30 minute screening is $40- $70 depending on how many tests are administrated.
$40 for one screening
$50 for two screenings
$60 for three screenings
$70 for four screenings
