Job Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and install custom cabinets and wood components
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, including table saws, routers, and sanders
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise fit and finish
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Verifiable experience in cabinet making or woodworking is required
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools common to the trade
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED required
• Stable and consistent work history is required
• Long-term work experience and job longevity are strongly preferred
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screen; THC-positive results will disqualify candidates due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work
