- Eligible for up to a 6% annual bonus payout of base salary, dependent on Balanced Scorecard achievements
- Relocation assistance negotiable
- Level II Nursery with five high-risk Pediatricians
> 1 Nursery with 16 bassinets
> 1 Level II Nursery with 8 bassinets
> 8 overflow bassinets
- ~1,400 births annually
- Care delivery model is LDR and Mother/Baby
- Has 2 peer managers (OB Manager and Pediatrics Manager); reports to Director of Women's and Children's Services
Qualifications
- Bachelors required
- Ohio RN licensure required
- At least 2 years of prior (recent) NICU experience required
