Job Description
Monday - Friday; no weekends or major holidays worked; no on-call
Will work a minimum of two late nights per week (10:30a - 7:00p); may be as much as 3 times per week depending on caseload
Will work at different sites: Zanesville, Somerset and/or New Concord facilities
Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years PT experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
Sign-on bonus for PT with 5 years PT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
Relocation assistance available
Adult/Geriatric caseload only; NO Pediatrics
Focus will be on Women's Health (pelvic floor dysfunction/incontinence, so PT must be comfortable doing intimate evaluations)
Epic EMR
One hour per day is blocked on the PT's schedule for documentation purposes
All Tx is 1:1
Will join team of 10 PT's, 12 PTA's and 3 Rehab Aides
Opportunity to cross-train to IP setting as interested
CEU allowance per year; plus multiple free onsite CEU opportunities are brought on-site each year
Qualifications
New grads will be considered provided they have had some exposure to Women's Health in a clinical experience
