Production Associate (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Description:
This position requires verifiable work history with experience using saws and working with pneumatic nail guns or staple guns. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced production environment and be able to meet production goals with minimal errors while demonstrating strong skills with hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate saws, pneumatic nail guns, and staple guns safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and read a tape measure accurately
• Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to quality standards
• Ensure minimal errors during production
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures in the production environment
• No jewelry of any kind is allowed on the job

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $14.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Temp-to-perm position with potential for long-term employment for those who meet performance expectations

• Clean background check (must have no criminal history)
• No upcoming appointments within the next 30 days, as full availability is required
• Must be willing to commute to Greenwood, AR
• No cell phones allowed during working hours
• No jewelry of any kind permitted on the job
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
• Must be able to pass a drug test (THC-positive candidates will be disqualified)
