Production Worker – Corrugated Experience Preferred
$13/hr - 1st Shift
Location: Greenwood, AR (5 miles from Fort Smith)
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (Starts at 5:00 AM)

In this hands-on role, you will assist in the daily operations of the production floor, starting with general labor tasks such as loading corrugated materials for machine operators. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor required
- Corrugated industry experience is a plus
- Previous machine operation experience is also a plus
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and desire for long-term growth within the company
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- THC-positive results will disqualify candidates due to safety-sensitive work requirements
Work Schedule & Conditions:
- Full-time, first shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM
- Overtime required – Must be available to work until 3:45 PM as needed
- Standing for extended periods and repetitive lifting throughout the shift
- All necessary training and safety equipment provided
