Licensed for 32 newborn beds: 24 Well Baby Nursery and 8 Level II NICU
~1,400 births annually
Care delivery model is LDR and Mother/Baby
Accredited by HFAP, Ohio Dept Health, and CMSW
Women's Services accredited biannually by ODH
In-house 24/7 CRNA coverage
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage 7p - 7:30a
Bar code scanning for medications
Epic EMR with Stork for OB and Nursery
Alaris Smart Pump Technology
Oversight of 23 employees (RN's and NP's)
Eligible for up to a 6% annual bonus payout of base salary, dependent on Balanced Scorecard achievements
Relocation assistance negotiable
Qualifications
Bachelors required or in process with graduation is less than 12 months
Ohio RN license required or in process
At least 2 years of prior (recent) NICU experience required
Ohio RN license required or in process
At least 2 years of prior (recent) NICU experience required
