What You'll Do:
- Work in a high-paced, production-driven warehouse setting
- Use power and hand tools such as nail guns, staple guns, and saws
- Accurately measure and calculate using a tape measure and basic math
- Follow written and verbal instructions with precision
- Operate saws safely and effectively to cut materials to spec
- Adhere to safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining product quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues and report any safety or mechanical concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have prior experience with hand tools and power tools, including saws (e.g. table saw, miter saw)
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Construction or warehouse experience required
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to calculate measurements quickly
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
- Must pass a background check and drug test — THC will disqualify you from this job
- Must have a verifiable and stable work history over the past 5 years
- Overtime required – Must have open availability from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
- Strong common-sense understanding and ability to follow through on tasks independently or as part of a team
