Job Description :

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Information Technology Manager to oversee technology infrastructures and operations, ensuring the processes adhere to the company policies and regulations. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and maintaining the safety and security across all networks to prevent unauthorized access. You will also be required to advise on IT systems upgrades.

To ensure success as a Senior IT Manager , you should possess extensive experience in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment with the ability to enhance productivity and ensure that our client’s IT systems run efficiently.

Requirements :

• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
• Providing direction for IT team members.
• Conducting regular checks on network and data security.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Conducting regular system audits.
• Consulting with other departments, as required.
• Providing IT assistance to staff and facilities.
• Managing security tools, programs, and reporting.
• Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
• Resolving ticketed and logged errors in a timely manner.
• Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
• Updating computer software, as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
• May require afterhours or weekends to do maintenance / upgrades.
