Location: Greenwood, AR
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday (Overtime as needed)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and punctual individual with a background in construction to join our team in a very fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using hand tools, demonstrate a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, and have a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and performing labor-intensive duties while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools effectively and safely to complete tasks
• Perform various skilled labor tasks related to construction
• Lift heavy objects and assist with physical tasks as required
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality work in a fast-paced setting
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Key Requirements:

• Verifiable work history in a construction-related field
• Must be proficient in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, drills, saws, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality in a very fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving team goals
• Must pass a drug screen (No THC allowed)
• Must pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stable and consistent work history

Additional Information:

• Full-time, 1st shift (Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed)
• Competitive hourly pay rate of $14.50 per hour
