Position : Legal Assistant
Location : Boston, MA

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our litigation and family law practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda
- Assist with court filings, including e-filings
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and mail distribution
- Process billing, proofread invoices, and maintain confidential legal files
- Support multiple attorneys and legal staff as needed
