Position: Patent Paralegal

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 Full Benefits

The Patent Paralegal will manage client portfolios, handling all aspects of US, PCT, and foreign patent prosecution. Responsibilities include preparing and filing prosecution documents, coordinating with foreign associates, maintaining dockets, and timely reporting of official correspondence. This entails creating, revising, and filing of all prosecution documents in US and PCT applications, corresponding with foreign associates regarding all aspects of foreign prosecution, and timely reporting of official correspondence concerning the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support IP attorneys in managing US, PCT, and foreign filings.
- Prepare and file patent applications and formalities documents.
- Maintain and track deadlines for assigned clients.
- Report official communications to clients and foreign associates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in US, PCT, and foreign patent prosecution.
- High school diploma required; paralegal certificate or college degree preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of USPTO patent procedural requirements.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
