The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and borrower-side debt financing. Additional responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex contracts, performing due diligence, and collaborating with a dynamic national legal team across various practice areas.

About the Role :
We are looking for a mid-level Associate with a strong real estate background to join our thriving Miami office. This role offers attorneys a chance to work on sophisticated, large-scale transactions and grow within a collaborative, high-performing legal team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing.
- Draft and negotiate key legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leasing contracts, and financing documents.
- Advise on real estate development projects and borrower-side financing.
- Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and environmental review.
- Work closely with attorneys across different practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
