Job Title : Real Estate Associate

Location : Miami, Florida

Full Time : Hybrid

Salary Range : $200,000–$315,000 annually full benefits

This is an exciting opportunity with a growing and well-regarded Real Estate Practice Group offering substantial exposure to high-level commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and borrower-side debt financing. Additional responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex contracts, performing due diligence, and collaborating with a dynamic national legal team across various practice areas.

About the Role :

We are looking for a mid-level Associate with a strong real estate background to join our thriving Miami office. This role offers attorneys a chance to work on sophisticated, large-scale transactions and grow within a collaborative, high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing.
Draft and negotiate key legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leasing contracts, and financing documents.
Advise on real estate development projects and borrower-side financing.
Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and environmental review.
Work closely with attorneys across different practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 3 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate matters.

Proven experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, leasing, and borrower-side debt financing.

Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.

Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Active Florida Bar membership is required.

Experience with borrower-side financing is a plus.
