Direct Traffic Solutions is seeking both a skilled Account Manager and a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their rapidly growing team. These positions offer long-term career opportunities with room for advancement.

Account Manager Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions :

  • Spend time building relationships and connecting with customers through prospecting calls
  • Negotiate honestly and fairly to influence customers to work with Direct Traffic Solutions
  • Oversee daily shipments, ensuring compliance with written agreements
  • Proactively work to resolve issues for customers to create increased customer loyalty
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Work in a team environment while also delivering independent results
  • Manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally

Account Manager Job Requirements :

  • College degree preferred or high school diploma with two years of relevant experience in logistics and / or supply chain
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly grasp new IT systems
  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Assertive, passionate, and dedicated to succeeding
  • Ability to work in a blended role of Operations and Sales within an office environment
  • Must read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire for career advancement

  • Sales Development Representative Key Responsibilities :

  • Research, target, and open new client opportunities
  • Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
  • Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
  • Update CRM system with all customer communications
  • Sales Development Representative Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
