Expedition Expectations
As a key member of the corporate travel division, the Corporate Elite Travel Advisor will be responsible for travel reservations for C-Suite (or similar) corporate travelers in accordance with their travel policy, covering all aspects of VIP business travel.
Passport to Success
- Deliver outstanding level of customized service to a variety of high expectation clients, including upgrades, rewards tickets and travel reconfirmations.
- Provide accurate thorough and complex travel information, using appropriate resources to stay informed on current international events and travel requirements.
- Proactively ensure travel profiles are up to date and inclusive of elevated traveler requirements such as frequent guest/traveler/renter numbers, specific personal travel preferences, etc.
- Plan itineraries, book airline reservations and arrange accommodations, car bookings and other services as required, keeping the customer’s travel policy top of mind.
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems.
- Build and retain excellent relationships with Executive Elite travelers and/or their Executive Assistants.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to garner their favor when something “out of the box” is required.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer services to both travelers and their Executive Assistants.
Going the Extra Mile
- Minimum ten (10) years corporate travel advisor experience with preference given to those with VIP background.
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS.
- Able to work across multiple time zones, preference will be given to candidates who can work 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Mountain time.
- Excellent and recent experience in booking and pricing international travel.
- Extensive airline and supplier knowledge including an in-depth understanding of frequent traveler programs, specifically at the higher perk levels.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
- Must be able to lawfully work in Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada.
