Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize kits for assembly tables.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and labeling.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams.
- Update material status using ERP.
- Stage raw materials and supplies on the production floor.
- Move materials using a pallet jack or forklift.
- Continuously improve workflow of staging area.
- Assist in cross-training and communication.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Organized and able to problem-solve in an industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills.
