What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in product development, project management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in MS Office suite, Database, Statistical Analysis, and project management software. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Attributes: Organized with problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret complex instructions.
