Direct Wireless Web is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, resolving inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously improve service delivery by actively seeking customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
