Responsibilities :
Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, securities, governance, and financing transactions.
Independently manage and grow your practice while leveraging firm resources and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 10 years of experience handling corporate transactions in a law firm setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and leading transactions.
Strong desire to work in an innovative, collaborative, and flexible environment.
