- Experienced Dental Assistant with experience in assisting in 4-handed dentistry as a chairside assistant.
- Cross trained as a front office receptionist or treatment coordinator.
- Certified to take radiographs, required. Coronal Polishing or EFDA a plus!
- Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.
- Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
- Patient Coordination: Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and confirmations. Ensure the appointment schedule is well-organized and runs efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Patient Relations: Address patient concerns, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment for all patients.
- Assist the Doctor: Support our dentists in all clinical and procedural tasks, including setting up and cleaning rooms before and after appointments.
- Patient Preparation: Greet patients warmly, review their medical histories, and prepare them for their procedures by answering questions and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Instrument Sterilization: Handle and maintain hygiene equipment by following strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
