Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assist the dentist with patient care and procedures
- Document patient care and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas (Required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles and practices
- Spanish speaking is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
