- Experience in Dental Sales: Prior dental sales experience or connections with dental professionals is highly preferred, but not required
- Self-Motivated & Hard-Working: Must be driven, personable, and excited to build relationships and grow the business
- Flexibility & Reliability: This field-based role requires typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with evening availability for events as needed
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside of the box and come up with innovative ideas to generate new business
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success of the lab
- $65,000- $70,000 base plus commission
- Potential to earn up to three times your salary with commission
- 3% commission on all new business for the first year per account
- Flexible schedule with a focus on field-based work and office visits

- Acquire new business by cold calling, in-office visits, meetings, and networking at events
- Establish and nurture relationships with dentists and dental offices to generate new accounts
- Meet with potential new clients to present and promote our services
- Attend and Plan: Continuing Education (CE) events, dinner meetings, and industry events (some weekends may be required)
- Collaborate with the team and occasionally visit the lab to pick up materials or attend meetings
