- Base pay or 35% collections (whichever is higher)

- Assistance for continuing education to stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry.
- Provide comprehensive dental care to both adults and children.
- Perform a range of dental procedures including extractions, root canals, restorations, crown and bridge work, and implants.
- Make and adjust dentures and partials, including implant-supported options.
- Collaborate with dental and dental hygiene students, offering mentorship and guidance.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction through compassionate care and effective communication.
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license in good standing.
- Certification in CPR.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Previous experience working with dental and dental hygiene students.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
