Job Description
ROLE : This person oversees and coordinates a team of restoration technicians, managing the response to emergency property damage situations like water leaks, fires, or mold infestations, including assessing the damage, directing mitigation efforts, supervising crew members, ensuring proper equipment usage, and communicating with clients throughout the restoration process
Qualifications
REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working for a restoration company or a construction company that handled restoration projects
- Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting / positioning of heavy equipment
- Able to work 40 hours and / or weekends
- Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire
- Assess the extent of damage, develop action plans, and deploy appropriate mitigation techniques to prevent further damage.
- Coordinate and execute water extraction, fire damage restoration, smoke odor removal, and other emergency services as needed.
- Supervise and direct the work of technicians, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain effective communication with the team and coordinators throughout the duration of the emergency project.
- Document all job-related activities, including photographs, moisture readings, and client communication, for reporting and insurance purposes.
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- IICRC Certifications
