JOB TITLE : Temporary Inventory / Scanner Clerk
DATE : April 4-6, 2025
REPORTS TO : Inventory Control Supervisor
SALARY RANGE : $20.00 / HR
CLASSIFICATION : Non-Exempt, Temp, Approx 1 week or until the project is finished.
SCHEDULE : 8 : 30 A.M. TO 5 : 30 P.M. (May be changed from time to time by the supervisor, according to workflow and needs of the department.)
JOB DUTIES :
1.Assists inventory control with the physical movement of inventory in the office.
2.Assists inventory team in managing data and arrangement of inventory information
3.Scan existing inventory barcodes
4.Register new inventory with labels and scanning
5.Performs any other related duties, as may be required or assigned by management.
6.Reporting details and damages to the supervising authority.
7.Meeting deadlines for completion of the delegated task.
8.Preparing reports of inventory balances
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Experience Requirements for the Inventory Specialist :
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of office / purchasing experience or equivalent
- Proficient in English verbal communication skills
- Reliability, dependability and flexibility
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Clerk experience : 1 year
