If this is you, Directional Technologies is seeking a marketing and sales coordinator to be an integral member of our team. This team member must be a positive leader and focused on results, details, objectives, and outcomes. You must be able to solve complex problems quickly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude. You must possess a “see it, own it, and solve it” attitude.
The ideal candidate should be able to wear many hats, have excellent communications skills to present innovative ideas to the team, analyze marketing and sales trends, pivot quickly depending on results, and be proactive in finding new strategies for B2B marketing. We are counting on you to do the research and bring your best to the negotiation table.
The marketing coordinator will approach assignments and areas of responsibility in a proactive, self-directed, enthusiastic manner and seek to add value, show initiative, and provide marketing knowledge.
This position will be held accountable for:
- Supporting the sales team with successful B2B strategies
- Creating and executing new campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Owning Email Blast to increase open rates and opportunities
- Executing the company’s conference protocols to maximize ROI
- Managing, creating posts, and posting for social media to keep our core base engaged
- Organizing, promoting, and keeping webinars and educational events focused on bringing in opportunities
- Creating and implementing SEO strategies to keep top keywords in the top 5 ranks or higher
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S.
- 3-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record of increasing marketing ROI
- Google Analytics, SEO and WordPress experience
- Proactive with a strong drive to meet deadlines
- Expert written and verbal skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Strong proficiency in computer programs
- Possess a can-do attitude with an eagerness to contribute ideas and execute team initiatives
Preferable but not required:
- Past construction experience and/or environmental remediation experience
