What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Accounts Specialist position at Directions Credit Union?

- Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of virtual branch functions; specifically the opening of new accounts and new loans through online applications, as well as promptly and professionally responding to digital inquiries from members.
- Assumes responsibility for enhancing the online banking experience for members by identifying and resolving issues and challenges members face, by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of digital banking platforms and tools, and by providing training and support for members on using digital banking services.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel to facilitate the most productive application process for new accounts.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
