POSITION DETAIL
Exceeding $1.2 billion in assets and located in Toledo, Ohio, Directions Credit Union is currently in search of a commercial banking executive to serve as their Vice President of Commercial Banking. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the incoming head of commercial banking will be charged with strategically growing the commercial loan portfolio, increasing commercial deposits, and expanding treasury services. Primarily responsibilities will include developing a book of commercial business, overseeing underwriting services, and driving the accumulation of commercial clients as the credit union expands into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background that encompasses business development, underwriting, treasury services, strategy development, and the coaching and mentoring of staff. Five plus years of commercial banking experience is required, and a bachelor’s degree is strongly desired.
