Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, compassionate, mission driven Supervisor to provide leadership for an outpatient treatment program serving and adults with mental health problems. It requires management and supervisory skills, and clinical expertise.
Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold a Master's Degree Social Work or related area of study from an accredited university and has at least 2 years of experience in working with at-risk populations to include families experiencing substance misuse, domestic violence, and mental health.
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of documented supervisory experience
- Florida licensure as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW preferred, not required.
- Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) preferred.
