As Talent Recruiter you are responsible for driving business growth within your branch. You will research, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and top tier talent. Your expertise in building relationships and your commitment to our values will be crucial as you navigate the talent landscape.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Engages and builds relationships with potential candidates through strategic cold calling
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Collaborates with HR and Marketing to create attractive job postings
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Adheres to local, state and federal laws and industry regulations
- Attends and participates in networking events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
