The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Operations Associate to support both internal and external customers by managing inventory, processing orders, organizing the warehouse, barcoding, and deinstalling equipment.
As our business operates 24/7/365, this role requires participation in an on-call rotation to support after-hours business needs, ensuring continuous operational support and responsiveness to urgent requirements.
This role combines both mental and physical tasks, offering a dynamic and engaging work experience. The ideal candidate should have strong computer and typing skills, as we use custom business management software for daily operations. Some travel, including out-of-state trips with potential overnight stays, may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle, store, and manage inventory in compliance with Company and ISO 13485 standards
- Assist with inventory change requests, cycle counts, and write-off management
- Prepare, package, and ship items according to customer requirements
- Work with tools to harvest parts from medical imaging systems for inventory
- Work with tools to build custom shipping crates and storage solutions
- Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Support de-installation of medical equipment as needed
- Follow and assist in Lean and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to optimize workflows and meet performance targets
- Maintain our ISO 13485 compliance by following processes and relevant work instructions. You may be asked to create, review, and update work instructions related to your role to support clear and streamlined workflows
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities you'll need for this opportunity:
- HS Diploma/GED required
- 1-3 Years Warehouse/Order fulfillment experience
- Forklift training preferred
- Quality/ISO experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office/warehouse setting and handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good mechanical abilities and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with warehousing operations and inventory control.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to travel as needed (domestically)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central is a plus
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
- Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
- Forklift certification is a plus
