Contracts Coordinator

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the contracts team on enforcement of the Basic Agreement and on various organizing objectives
- Comprehensive understanding of DGA contracts covering employment in the film and television industry
- Outreach to DGA members and studio representatives to discuss employment issues, economic rights & creative rights
- Filing grievances when necessary to resolve contract disputes
- Develop and drive contract enforcement campaigns
- Support executive team in collective bargaining research and preparation

- Flexibility, organization, and ability to prioritize
- Excellent analytical and computer skills; proficiency with Excel
- Previous experience with union representation helpful but not required
