What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment, including furnaces and conveyor systems
🔹 Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
🔹 Train and mentor operators, assisting in process development and best practices
🔹 Take ownership of technical investigations and drive corrective actions
🔹 Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Act as a technical expert and contribute to strategic decision-making
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
✔ 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with a proven ability to lead or mentor teams
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose equipment and process issues
✔ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
✔ Experience with CAD & PC software (a plus)
✔ A leadership mindset – ready to step up, take initiative, and drive change
