DirectPath’s client, a global leader in driveline and ePowertrain technology, is seeking a hands-on Product & Process Mechanical Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work directly on machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, including furnaces & conveyor systems
🔹 Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvements
🔹 Assist in operator training and process development
🔹 Lead technical investigations and implement corrective actions
🔹 Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
✔ 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose equipment issues
✔ Ability to read blueprints & use precision measuring tools
✔ CAD & PC software knowledge a plus
