• Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose equipment issues
• Ability to read blueprints & use precision measuring tools
• CAD & PC software knowledge a plus
