About the Position:
We are seeking an entry-level Account Manager with 1-2 years of telephonic customer service experience to join our team. In this telephonic-based role, you will leverage our established sales processes to connect with healthcare professionals nationwide, driving patient referrals and broadening our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a targeted call strategy to maximize engagement with healthcare providers.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with medical professionals across the country.
- Maintain accurate healthcare provider profiles and deliver reports to leadership promptly and accurately.
- Provide crucial market insights to inform and drive strategic decisions.
- Actively promote our specialized services to increase patient referrals.
- Ensure prompt and effective follow-up to meet healthcare provider needs.
- Strict adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
