What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virtual Mental Health Professional | California | Full-time and Part-time position at DirectShifts?
We are seeking part-time and full-time remote Therapists to deliver thoughtful, data-driven therapy among a diverse and collaborative Clinical team. You will provide high-quality care to a personalized caseload of low to moderate-acuity Adult clients based on our clients matching methodology. You will also have the opportunity to incorporate data and technology into your clinical work.

What makes you a good fit:
- Passionate about providing care to underserved communities
- Prioritize evidence-based, solution focused-interventions
- Are willing to integrate objective data (e.g., self-report questionnaires) to inform case conceptualization and treatment planning,
- Have experience providing teletherapy
Requirements:
- PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or LCSW
- Current License (Actively) in California
- Based in the state of California
- Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Experience working with diverse, adult clients from a wide range of backgrounds and ages
- Training in trauma-informed care is preferred but not required
- You must complete a written work product to interview. Directions will be sent to you after you submit your application.
