We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to work in Annapolis MD (Hybrid).
Job Summary:
The Business Process Consultant will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and organizational change management (OCM) efforts to support the successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions within the State of Maryland. The consultant will also lead the development of end-user training and communication plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business process discovery and map workflows across HR, IT, and administrative offices
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and create user stories for technical teams
- Design and execute the OCM plan, including internal roadshows, town halls, and user outreach
- Create training materials for end users, including help desk staff and administrative users
- Track adoption metrics and adjust strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction
- Support pilot user onboarding and feedback analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of business analysis or change management experience
- Experience with enterprise software rollout and adoption strategies
- Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and facilitation
- Proven success in designing and executing end-user training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, or comparable platforms
- Prosci or other OCM certification
- Experience with ITIL or Agile environments
