We are seeking a skilled Junior Recruiter to work on-site in the Roslyn / Arlington VA area.
Key responsibilities :
- As a Recruiting for our federal sector client, you will :
- Support end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations, to include job definition, candidate sourcing, candidate evaluation, candidate selection, candidate management / tracking, interview logistics, candidate selection, and job offer
- Support onboarding and hiring process to include onboarding paperwork, orientation, benefits administration, and other clerical responsibilities as needed
- Manage a high volume of active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to client on candidate progress
- Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for a high volume of candidates and employees
- Develop understanding of position classification as it pertains to establishing job specifications, minimum qualifications, and job-related duties
- Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Notify candidates of selection / rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations
- Document and escalate issues within the recruiting lifecycle to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics
- Review job eligibility utilizing applicable directives and regulation
- Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and / or preparing reports or briefings
- Interview personnel to obtain data needed to verify and / or correct data from previously completed files and residual records.
- Submit requests for records of applicants, schedule interviews, and schedule processing dates to enter the facilities
- Maintain required forms, records, and files pertaining to enlisted applicants
- Support the coordination and execution of in person and virtual events as needed
- Providing administrative support to multiple recruiters and managers while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Manage high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with candidates and clients
Qualifications Required :
Associate's degree plus four years of relevant work experience
